PICI Enoteca is Chef-J's Current Venture. The rustic NY-Italian-Style eatery offers a variety of Healthy Italian dishes and a multitude of Vegan dishes in Beverly Hills.

BlackSteel was Chef-J's upscale French/Japanese restaurant in Hollywood. Pamela Anderson was his partner and Pams favorite vegetarian dishes were featured. Blacksteel sold in 2007.

Parc was Chef-J's restaurant/late night lounge in Hollwood that featured Asian style culinary creations with a twist and famous Vodka martinis mixed with fresh fruits. Parc sold in 2009.
